Al Berni Jabal Hafeet Hotel is a must visit getaway resort at it highest location ever.
It exceeded my expectations with its excellent rooms and breathtaking mountain views. The hotel's rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also tastefully designed, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the enormous swimming pool, which was one of the best I have ever experienced. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it provided a truly magical setting for a swim or lounging by the poolside.
The combination of the stunning location and top-notch facilities made my stay at Al Berni Jabal Hafeet Hotel truly unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional rooms and a remarkable swimming pool amidst the mountains.

Pools have various depths which all family can enjoy also their is water slides.
Rooms are clean but not so practical, breakfast is Ok but the restaurant is small.
Overall I recommend it.

The pool was perfect, we ate at both the original restaurant in the building and also the brand new restaurant opposite the pool.
Breakfast was good and a simple buffet… I asked for poached eggs on toast which wasn’t a hassle for staff… the main food menu was a bit on the small side but the food was good.
This is a perfect staycae for those looking to get away and completely switch off, the rooms reminded me of a boutique hotel which added to the unique touch, amenities were very good in the room and also on site. We also used the gym which was good for what we wanted.
The staff are very friendly, polite and always helpful!
Would recommend to anyone reading this review to give it a go, we stayed during Eid which was quite busy but our first day was not part of the holidays and it was perfect for the very quiet chilled getaway!
We look forward to coming back!

.had a bad experience with one of the spa staff the way she spoke to the kids was very rude ..she could have spoken to them in a much better way..never experienced such behaviour anywhere in UAE. Immediately complained..they did say they will talk to her.. they need to be more courteous to their guest..we are not there for free. another thing that needs to improve is the swimming pool. it's not temperature controlled.. it was super cold.. the options for breakfast were very limited too. But the staff was kind enough to give us some food to our palate..thanks to him.. hoping it will improve more in coming days as its a newly opened hotel

difficult to get a full idea about it when it is not fully finished yet ..
The pool is very nicely done , and there is one for kids ..
Rooms are very clean and modern but still need more finishings ..
May be is not known yet to families, noticed still not family oriented .
Good restaurant food ..
Kind reception staff .
For this time of the year, the price was a little higher than others ..
Overall experience was good .

Rooms are so perfect and clean
View is perfect
Room service is abit slow but no worries maybe because I made an order midnight for Ice.
Alot of car parking front of the lobby door
Even checkout time no one called me to put a rush on me. Thanks again

A live electrical socket came off the wall when I tried to remove a plug, with the live wire narrowly missing my hand. This kind of safety issue is entirely unacceptable, particularly in a hotel that welcomes children.
In addition to the plug sockets, it appeared that many of the other fixtures and fittings in the room had been hastily installed, with little eye for detail.
We were kept awake by a very noisy AC unit in the room, which sounded like it was in desperate need of maintenance.
