Beautiful location, a lots of games to play specially mini Golf, pools excellent bout 2 out of 3 water slides were not working, rooms were OK... Beautiful all around look at night.

Highly Recommended, rooms are cleans, ramadan iftar with multi food cuisine, quite, swimming pool with good views to the city of alain, recommended for honeymoon, weather is very cold at this moment, parking available.

It was my second visit to Mercure Grand in July 2023 and I found a lot of changes in the property. They added a no. of sports and games but unfortunately most of these are paid (badminton, squash, trampoline, snooker, arcade games) which was a bad decision on part of the management. Its an isolated property so all visitors are those staying at the hotel. The management should not be charging the staying visitors for these games as there's no other entertainment in and around the hotel.

The shower area is too tight and need an upgrade. The electric kettle and fridge in the room were very old and not working properly.

The pool was full due to visitors, and there's nothing else to do.

The breakfast was OK, and the chef at the egg station was really polite and quick.

This place is a hidden-gem in the city of Al Ain. Located far away from the hustle and bustle of the city on the Jebel Hafeet mountain, it's a great place to have a nice and relaxing holiday.

All rooms are nice and the hotel has almost all facilities like pool, water rides & play area for children, mini golf course for children, recreation room with carrom, foosball table, table tennis and a mini threate, gym and spa.
Breakfast buffet is very good with a huge variety of items. However, for lunch and dinner, they've a la carte menu only.

There's also a bar and a nice outdoor restaurant with beautiful night lighting. Plus, during the weekends, the hotel management arranges for the screening of some Hollywood movie or live football matches.

You get a very nice view of sunrise and sunset since the hotel is high on the mountain. In winter, it will be extremely cold and foggy at night and early in the morning; whereas it's still pleasant in summer during the evening time.

Worth the visit as it's very different experience from other hotels in UAE.
