The day I visited they don't have that much variety in breakfast.... very common dishes were there

Le Belvedere restaurant at Mercure Hotel is a great choice for a delicious meal with a stunning view. The staff are friendly and attentive, and discounts are available with the Fazza 15% and CBD cards 20%.

We visited Le Belvedere restaurant as part of our all-inclusive stay at the Mercure Grand Hotel. The restaurant is very basic and the service is poor. The cleanliness at the restaurant was quite questionable. The dining table surfaces were sticky and the chair seats grubby. There were only two wait staff and they were like robots. They just left the menu on our table and returned 5 minutes later. When we informed them we were on the all-inclusive package he just walked off with our menu and returned with a single sheet menu 5 minutes later. When we asked for the beverage menu, he said the usual soft drinks were available and so we had to request for the house beverage menu for which he said basic drinks only. We ordered a lamb Biryani, Beef Burger and Club Sandwich, the Biryani was dry, the burger was just average (McDonald's serves better burgers). The club sandwich turned out to be a wrap however it was the only item from what we ordered that was actually good. Overall, the restaurant needs to go through a whole lot of improvements on their food menu, food quality and customer service when compared to other restaurants under the Accor brand.

Taste less food. No food variety at all specially when it comes to buffet. Poor service. Over all just wasting of time & money.
Not recommended at all.

We had the christmas lunch today at the Belvedere and the service was awesome. The variety of food was great and variety of food was great. I would definetly go there again for Xmas lunch

It was a perfect stay with a perfect lavish breakfast. Simply loved each an every bite of it with a breathtaking view of Jabel e Hafeet.

Located inside Grand Mercure Al Ain, this place offers such a huge selection in their breakfast menu. From different sorts of bread to salads they have a live egg station where you can see your choice of omelette cooked in front of it.

Highly recommended total value for money. A must try place.

They will treat you well if you are Arab or English person
No one is responsible to take care of the customer after complaining to the manager he is not even responsible to take care of customer
