Great place to get away from the crowd at Jebel Hafeet and relax, have a quiet drink and enjoy the amazing view. This cafe is tucked away behind the Mercure Grand Hotel and not obvious.

Great over all experience, Amazing weather in the burning summer of UAE. Shisha is okay. Don't know about the food though. Amazing View.

Food comes from the hotel, waaay to understaffed to the point that we had to put our own food in the take away boxes by ourselves. prices are too expensive while the food is low quality

The location and view is just stunning but the food and the service leaves much to be desired. We ordered just a mixed grill and mezze from the menu. Simple as that. One hour later we received only mixed grill. The server was surprised when we asked where the mezze was.
Place is full of stray cats that are begging for food.
As much as we wanted to stay and enjoy the view, it seemed impossible to order another drink, so we paid and left.

We took 30 mins + to order and waited for another 20 mins to have it , it’s sad that this place use to be amazing,however the food is great, shisha is not that good , drinks are average

Perhaps they were short with staff , but still there are few tables not much crowd

Ppl come here for the amazing view ! So they need to coop with great service!!

The view is more than perfect. But the customer service needs a lot of improvement and training. We ordered 2 pizzas they were good. But the prices are very expensive.
