The place looks good and comfortable. The view is very relaxing, nice and spacious room, however, we kept calling the home service coz when we checked-in, there were lots of stuff missing like tissues on the bathroom, bedroom slippers etc which should already be there and ready before someone checked in. over all experience, its good. the pool is cool,surrounded by trees.

Breakfast was nice ????. Rooms are okay okay as the place seems to be a bit old. The best part is the outdoors and activities they have like swimming pool, mini golf, indoor games though they are paid ones. Don't expect much I would say, just okay enough.

This hotel is breathtaking view
Amazing location and the view from the mountains.
We were a group of 14....
Rooms were clean and great size.
Staff ALL were friendly welcoming and an amazing team.
They made us feel welcomed and made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had 8 kids in total ranging from all ages.
Hotel offered many activities to keep them all entertained.
Pool
slides
Park
Mini golf
Chess

Other paid activities.

The slides were amazing everyone had so much fun.

Buffet breakfast was great. Good selection.

This hotel is a must return destination........

We enjoyed our staycation at this place.
The service was excellent.
Rosie in charge of our rooms was excellent. She ensured we were well catered for.

The restaurant staff were also very good.

The Ugandan pool attendant was very attentive to everything happening at the pool. Was able to quickly spot a guy who was struggling in the deep end and acted so swiftly in sending him a floater rescuing him.

The location was beautiful. The activities kept us engaged and just waking up to the views was just amazing.

Great location, what sets this hotel apart is it's location and what it offers in terms of entertainment. The water slides make the stay really memorable for the kids. The rooms are a bit dated but the location and kids entertainment more than make up for that.

My favorite part was probably the drive to the hotel. It is the only hotel in Jebel Hafeet and to reach there you will drive uphill for about 20 minutes from the bottom. What a view! Both ways up and down are breathtaking in equal measure.
Now, the hotel itself is old, let's not lie about that, however it's clean, it's maintained, the staffs are friendly. Food can be better. I didn't even take pictures as I was busy admiring the view from the room's balcony.

We stayed for one night in the hotel, stay was amazing, service, hospitality, ambience and the best was there swimming pool and rides. We enjoyed a lot, at the height of Al Ain we found mesmerizing view at night. We would love to go and stay the hotel once again. I highly recommend visitors to go and have stay. Thanks
