One of the best lounges ever visited so far. They have a variety of dishes and beverages. The staff are very polite and they keep the place very neat and clean.

Highly recommended, easy check in , the VIP terminal team are amazing beginning from chauffeur to the lady who take care of me until reach to US immigration, a such an excellent service ???????????? so homey and good quality ????????

The manager was very cold and initially refused to accept my Lounge entry passes. Eventually she told us to sit down very coldly with no further directions or instructions.
Upon entry I was shocked at the lack of customer service and the overall condition of the lounge. there was no buffet or alcoholic drinks as advertised, instead they served a 'meal' of hot steak and cold pasta on a tray with disposable cutlery. The tray remained in front of us for the next hour, despite us asking 4 members of staff to remove it or let us know where it could be placed. After half an hour, we were surrounded by flies so actually moved seats to get away from them. We were offered one soft drink and were not 'allowed' more than one drink according to the staff.
To add insult to injury, the chauffeur service arrived late to take us to the aeroplane, they then dropped us to a gate on the tarmac and told us to walk inside which placed us in line to a different destination and made it appear to other passengers that we were pushing in. Eventually we discovered our correct gate location and walked for almost 30minutes to the correct place, almost too late to board our plane.

Smooth process and they will process your immigration also while you relax at the lounge.
The lounge can be renovated a bit
Snack and hot/cold drinks are available

Very luxurious. It gives you VIP facilities such as immigration will be done by lounge crew and you will get private security check. Complete peace of mind. Sit back, relax and enjoy the meal.

HORIBBLE PLACE!!! NEVER use it!
very cold place, with terrible food like, no buffet at all, no informations about it before booking.
We spent 2 hours in a cold room, we got only dry sandwiches, a few fruits and a tiny mineral water. These are not VIP lounge standards! This is a joke for a lot of money. Plus arrogant service. We advise against using their services!
