today I needed to exchange $100 for small $20, $50, to which the employee replies because they should first buy these $100 from me and that they have this Polisi (a very convenient word when you don’t want to tell the truth) and they won’t exchange it. I was surprised and wanted to know the reason. Just policy they said and I left without doing anything. if it is an ansari policy, so My policy will never use their services anymore

I am always using Al Ansari exchange for currency exchange and Mony transfer. The Al ansari working team are the best and folite personals. They always deals with us like a family member. I'm Lemusine driver related with RTA dubai .I'm regular customer with Al Ansari. It's my suggestion you open one branch jbr the walk between Hilton hotel the walk and Sofitel the walk this area many tourist and local peoples also .. thanks

The worst customer service we ever faced by the 2 employees named Joanna Botista and Hasneen Abad. This branch is located at JBR, Al Marjan tower. We wanted to convert 100 USD to aed, these people wanted to reduce the amount of money we receive in dirhams as much as possible! Then we showed them the google money exchange rate and how they are not going according to the world's money exchange rate, they were fully rude! The guy was like "Then go and exchange your USD with google" and the lady turned it into 1 sided communication where she told us whatever she wanted to tell then when we were responding to her, she simply ignored us as if we were some flies that she can't see or care about!

kindly am requesting that if some one come to you and give anther people mobile number so please don,t tell him/her transfer details if he/she not owner of that number or same id , its happening with me , some one go toe JBR branch , she give my number and ask for detail there is Philippine lady working with Al Ansari exchange JBR she tell her all my transfer details , its not good, so please try to be save the customer, its happening today 10/10/2020 around 11:53 AM thanks ,
