EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE! do not deal with them or buy from CARREFOUR ONLINE. I got panasonic washing machine and it is very noisy and the drum is unbalanced. I called them since 13 Dec 2022 and until this day no one fix the problem. They took long time and they don’t care and last time before one week the technician promised me to call and fix the issues with 2 days and I never heard from him again. I really give up from calling carrefour call center several times. They got BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE.

I bought 2 Panasonic washing machines from Carefour Dalma mall_ Abu Dhabi in 2018 with extended warranty (Aug 2021). I have problems with one of the machine, I called the technical support team. They replied rudly that I don't have an issue. I called again the technical supervisor promised to send the technician but he did not ( almost 2 weeks). The keep breaking their promise and finally I went back to Dalma mall to complain, the said you have wait and check. What type of service Al Futtaim provides after sale? I do not recommend to buy Panasonic products from Al Futtaim.
