Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I chose some items which totaled over 1000 dirhams. I returned home and found several yellow spots on the clothing. I sent my driver back to exchange for a new item and the driver called back saying they didn’t have any in the same size which is fine I asked to speak with the staff to explain to her to give me something else for the same price. She kept saying to just take the dirty item and wash it with soap!!!!! I told her no I want something new and clean! She said but I gave you 50% discount so I should be fine with taking the dirty item because she gave me a discount on it. I asked her for a refund and she said its not possible and its only possible to get store credit which is disappointing ???????????????? not shopping here ever again
