WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at this branch. Requested a pair of shoes to try on to this one staff. We were observing her and waited for the pair. We saw her coming in and out of the stock room but when she comes out, she assists other customers. I went to her three times for the same request. She kept on saying she will check. But after more than 20 minutes of waiting, still no shoes. We went to her one last time to ask for the size, guess what she replied? She will check. And when she came out, she said there's no stock. No apologies, nothing. My goodness! Spoke to the Manager who was more than apologetic. But I can't imagine what kind of training these staff undergo before they get dispatched. Don't waste your time here. Go to another branch if you want even an inch of quality service. You'll get none of that here.

I went to Aldo MOE branch to buy shoes. Me and my partner asked one staff to get my size Multiples times but she kept on ignoring us. The first time we asked her, she left us thinking that she'll go to the stock room to get my size but we saw her assisting other customers who just approached her while she kept us waiting. My partner reminded her again to get my size then she went to the stock room but when she came back, she assisted another new customer. My partner reminded her again and same thing happened and when I approached her again, she told me that I have no size. I asked her if she checked and she told me she'll check. How can she say I have no size if she did not check at all? Is that she just don't want to assist us that's why she kept on ignoring us? I also tried to approach another staff but she declined to assist us as "she's not assigned in the shoe department" I don't know if the staff are just racist or just choosing people to assist but it shouldn't be like that. This is extremely disappointing. Will recommend others NOT to support this kind of business!!!

I will never order Aldo online again, this is my worst experience ever. For a month I write to them by mail and no one answers, I went to the Emirates Mall, they told me that they couldn’t figure it out because the store and the site are different systems. There are no contact numbers on the site. I'm just shocked that it's so difficult to change the size of shoes or return shoes if you bought online!

2 times used with in 3 months, colour faid happen in badly, am buy from Mall of Emirates Dubai Aldo showroom. Am approached to change becoz its under warranty. But they can't. It's my bery experience from Aldo. Please take care of that

Their customer service agents lie and say the club apparel card can be updated after the purchase. Which is a lie it can’t be. You have to use it at the time of purchase only.

I returned a bag at this store and I‘m still waiting for my money since one month!! I‘ve contacted the customer service and they said they cannot help, knowing I‘m living in Germany and cannot go to the store!! Be aware of those cheaters! They said they cannot directly refund on my credit card and need to send a picture of my cc to the office. Seriously?! It‘s the 20th century we are living in! No money until today and no help. Will get in touch with police and lawyer. Don’t buy here!!
