the worst customer service ever. I bought shoes here a week ago, on the second day I felt a sharp pain in my back and legs, I thought that there were problems with me, I went to the doctor, I spent 3 days and a lot of money on checking, in the end everything is fine with me, it's something else, I changed the new shoes for the old one and it turned out that this was the problem. so why am I, I decided to change my shoes for some other one because this one is uncomfortable, I note that I wore new shoes for only 3 days. the store abruptly refused, they said that after receiving these shoes we still need to sell them, but they say that they are in poor condition, although they are clean and look like new, I checked this in the store. the cashier at the cash desk was very rude, doesn't know how to talk to customers, the only one who can is a black guy from the schechers department. Thanks for the spoiled mood and the money spent.
Never come back here. Don’t waste your time, better to buy shoes, you will not return it if feel uncomfortable.

Today i visited there in MOE. There was a huge rush and sale nationwide. But i was really disappointed by their staffs behaviour,very weird. I visited other branches,but this time lil bit bad experience. May be for the sale!! Btw it’s a huge outlet,very good collection for them. Lastly i was standing outside and my family did some shopping from them. hopefully will go there again soon.

Love the array of decor and accessories in this outlet. By far one of the maximum stocked up of all branches. Price range from low, medium to high is a plus point. They cater to mostly everyone, from anyone elderly to a youngster. Great feel to the place and parking isn’t an issue.

They provide salon services Also but only one women is working there. I booked my appointment by 3 pm but I waited for 30 minutes to start my session. Initially she has using her mobile phone and spoked with me. Felt little irresponsible.
Time management and need more staff

End result was good and affordable price.

Full of variety for everyone of all ages. Once inside the store, you Can't resist buying. Keep your pockets full. The store is big. The added attraction is delivered to your doorsteps. God Bless Dubai ????

As I come in, nobody from sellers comes to help. But they appear only after they see 2-3 products in my hands! One by one they approach me to ask products which I chose to put their stickers on that! Seriously? These stickers give % of sale to exact seller for catching customer and help on choice. But nobody helped me! One lady was so arrogant that told me that I CAN'T BUY product without her stickers! She left me alone only after I requested manager. We don't come again.
