My favourite brand. There was a sale on which was great. Our sales assistant insisted my friend try on some sandals - she had thought they wouldn’t fit. But they did and she loved them so well done sales assistant!

Never go to mall of emirates branch I took massage fit shoe and it was hurting my toe I went back after 3 days no one care n even try to solve the issue I bought ths shoe for around 600 aed. Simply wastage of money

Pathetic sales associates. Wish there was a zero rating. Completely ignorant and do not have the slightest idea as to addressing Customers' queries with respect to the Products. They just throw a word and give their backs and walk away. If you hate your job, then stay at home rather than even thinking that you can deal with Customers in such an unprofessional manner. Completely frustrating and definitely not recommended.

Amazing Shoes...Worst customer care associates. Guys who doesn't even know to talk politely and answer customer's queries. Loyalty doesn't come with downloading an app. It comes with real customer service. Need to learn this Sketchers team & Apparel Group.
