So disappointed to say that the brand I have been wearing for sometime with so much love has such a bad customer service in real. I have bought so many pairs from this brand and shop they refused to fix one pair after glue came off. So disappointed.

The comfort and quality of the shoe is not long lasting. The store staff of call it spring (Mall of the emirates store) welcomes you properly when you are about to purchase something but they will not help or entertain you if there is some issue with your product and this shows that they don't even care about the customer experience. Two times I bought shoe from this brand and always after purchasing within 3 to 4 days there is some issue coming out regarding the quality.

I bought a shoe in Jan 2018 from call it springs MOE . In the second week the shoe started to show wear and tear. I when back to the store for a solution .After a good inspection of the shoe the person in the store told me that the shoe is not damaged enough to send it for repairs. When it gets more worse then you can bring it and we will send it for repairs. And the worse part is I hardly used the shoe and it started to split from the base.

Poor quality cheap products. I had a shoe from them and with a single usage of it the soul started coming out. They didn't refund as I was there after 14 days, I showed them on a new shoe that if you'll wear and drag it in this position the sole will come out and it happened, so that's a manufacturing defect, but they said they can't do anything about it. Funny people stealing money.

First time I bought something from call it spring. I got a belt and some socks. Both were good quality and customer service was excellent. Rahul was very helpful! They had some offers going on.

Very disappointed with this shop since COVID, due to lack of stock. The shelves always seem to have huge gaps these days, with whole product ranges missing. I know there have been challenges over recent years, but other shops manage to fill their shelves, so why not Wilko? Shame, because it's a great store to have in LB...

Convenient high st / town centre location, some limited parking outside but plenty in area.
Good selection of well-priced household items to meet most needs, can be very busy at times but staff invariably do best to keep a queue moving along.
Good access all areas, with wide aisles, check out area can be muddled.
Have used online shop, their Click & Collect works okay too.

A very well stocked shop, plenty of choice, ranging from toys to hardware to homeware to toiletries, pets are catered for, stationary. Seasonal items such as Christmas tree, decorations, wrapping paper, Halloween items, Easter items. There is usually plenty of items on sale, so you have a chance of a great bargain.

Quite a nice little wilko, nice layout, easy to manouver around although Aisles are a little narrow for the current situation going on. Prices are good and most staff are very friendly. Visited on Wed lunchtime so rather quiet.

Clean, tidy and easy to navigate if you're looking for a particular item. A good range of products at reasonable prices. Give extra time to park at peak times and market days.
