It is a big building with 24 floors. In the 24th floor there is a outdoor pool with hammocks to have sunbaths. In the same floor there is a spa with wonderful treatments that we hadn't time to try.
The restaurant for breakfast is Turkish at the same time for lunch and dinner. Food is delicious, spicy but not too much. Everything perfect.
The Meeting & Events Department worked very well for us. They are a very good professional team.
The hotel is really nice, with beautiful and useful facilities but the best value for me is the staff.
They are very kind and they are always willing to help the guests. In our case, we went to organize an event and everything was perfect thanks to them.

We arrived late at night after a long flight and the staff looked after us from the minute we stepped inside.
Requested a late check-out and it was not a problem.
Received a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely.
We will definitely be staying here again.

it is our first time to stay in this hotel but will never be the last, my family and I really enjoyed the facility, and the connection with mall was a big plus.
the staff on the ground floor so very helpful and welcoming, the coffee on the lobby was very nice.
the security team always smiling, you really feel safe in their presence
the checkin was very smooth and Mr Amr at the reception was kind enough to accommodate my request for connecting rooms he even called me to the room to make sure that everything is fine.
the breakfast in Besh was yummy Ms eliana, ms Gabriela were very kind
we met Ms.Ihsan in the lobby she very helpful she even got us a map and marked for us all the place that she we should visit,a very good Lobby Ambassador ( by the way promise we will visit Morocco one day )
the spa facility was nice and kids really enjoyed the pool.
the Housekeeping team are very attentive, thank you for lovely towel arts.
i would to Thank Kibria, Hasan and the kitchen chef who used to make our eggs cahanka in the morning, the gentle man in the bar Arafa
last but the least BIG Thank you to all for making this stay very enjoyable, we can`t wait to come in Christmas.

In the 5th floor there is a great restaurant and cafe serving a great coffee and food also.
Whoever like to smoke also smoking with flavour available.
The hotel service is very good and the staff is nice and professional
