Yesterday, 7/7/2023 around 10pm the Philippine waitress the lady was talking to her colleague in their language after I request my coffee she told me the price following words in her language to her colleague where I don’t understand it gives me a feeling they we’re talking about me in bad way.
Customers should feel comfortable and I believe it’s not acceptable at all to talk in your languages while customers are still not even paying the bill at desk

I regularly buy the Arabica Blend beans every now and then. My go-to branch has always been the one in Dubai Mall however this time I visited the MCC branch. Asked the lady who was taking the order for some tips about how to make good coffee like how much grams would be ideal for an Americano etc And she's straight up like we use these machines at the cafe and everyone's measurement is different. Didn't bother to ask another staff nothing. At Dubai Mall, when I asked the gentleman taking my order for the beans, he asked another staff to take over the counter, took me to the side, patiently explained what the perfect ratio is, how to grind it at home and still get cafe quality of coffee. That's what you call service.

I like Arabica% in mirdif City Center you can find petite arabica as well.

I have been wanting to try Arabica since ages and I got to try today at their Mirdif City Centre branch. I tried the honey latte and the espresso. It was good especially the honey latte. Arabica is a must-try for all the speciality coffee connoisseurs.

What a great place. Great and freindly staff. Lovely clean and inviting design. Coffee was great. I had an americano and my friend had a Spanish latte!!! Highly recommended. Will go back for sure.

nice staffs,good behaviour,i went first time hearing reviews about the brand and was not disappointed.i ordered americano and the lady was very friendly.the coffee tastes smooth and is very nice.will come here again with friends.
