They have to improve alot to meet customer satisfaction.

Most of the customers are going back without solutions, infront of me many of them sent back as they don't have ability to create IBAN and Statements. (29/Mar/23)

Why they doesn't have such basic option.?

Also in my case , I got a call for submit documents and when i visit branch they are asking something new and originals.

This is absolutely chaos , I would like to suggest to open their ears for customers queries.

It is important to happy the existing customers rather than getting new customers.

Overall very disappointed and not meet simple criteria of customers expectations.

I’ll tell my experience, the waiting time is a lot (you have to be patient) they have lack in staff, but they are very friendly I met Mr.Hassan Ali and he helped me to finish the bank procedures, and was very tolerant. Fab has amazing bank services even their application is fantastic, really highly recommended. Kindly if you find my comment useful give it a thumbs up ???? thanks

There are two deposit machines

Customer service agents are not professional at all ????

The security guy (Shafin Saraf) is the only reason I am putting these stars. He is so hospitable, friendly, and helpful. I actually get to get to talk to him about my questions more than the customer service agent who was so busy talking on his phone while serving me.

The security guy should be rewarded ✨️

Wish there was a zero star option here! Horrible, horrendous experience! Staff is lazier than a pack of koalas, using their phones while costumers are lining up in despair. Manager seems inexperienced… shouting at her colleagues and making a ruckus about every customer visit. It would be better to bank with the Gestapo than this place.

Absolutely useless in terms of service. Staff sitting there takes ages to open the account and no sense to deal with clients. Extremely poor service

I came to deposit my cheque through teller for fast clearance. I asked the guard for bank in slip (they called it here deposit form). He did not understand me so he asked me to go TO THE MALL INFORMATION DESK. We had an argument, so when I reached the teller, The lady who are watching us earlier DID NOT ACCEPT MY CHEQUE! She said I can use the ATM. She looked at me like telling me, “Go to hell”!

Banks have become old school backward govt Centres where we face ppl with no courtesy, authorative, can’t write English while having 80% expatriates living in the country and absolutely outdated with the changing environment. I visited this branch and was the 2nd customer in the morning, three people on the desks, look tired with no smile on the faces, in a 1 meter space there is glass shield in the middle to let u feel disconnected and as usual the agent declined everything I heard from the person in another branch, with almost no knowledge about FAB branches, he couldn’t explain, he could write and said “if I write u won’t be able to read” and when I said I hv everything now to share including original passport and ID with myself, he declined by saying he wants original bank statement & license without knowing it’s all gone digital and I offered him the same. Irony is they practice everything digital theirselves on FAB app.
Before building huge customer friendly image through marketing, I ll recommend to rather train your people, let them hv courtesy to serve customers, have appropriate knowledge, have communication skills and then willingness to come at work to be part of organization than saying I don’t know

I had an unpleasant experience at the bank branch last night, I went there to request a change for small notes, but when I approached the teller, it asked if I had an account with them and when I said no, it refused to help me and said that they couldn't assist me anyway because I wasn't a customer even though I have a credit card by this bank. It was frustrating and disappointing to be turned away like that.
