I was passing by Istyle with my kids when i decided to have a look in istyle to see the new apple products out of curiostiy as I’m a very big apple fan. As soon as I entered the store Miss Ayesha greeted me with a huge smile and showed me all around the store. She also recommended that i get a screen protector done for my kids ipads which i took heed to and got it done. Miss Asmaa and Miss Kate also assisted me during this process to help me find the best solution for my ipads. Overall, truly satisfied from the great customer service experience I recieved from Istyle Mirdiff.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Jamil for his outstanding customer service at the Apple Store on Tuesday, July 13, 2023. I was looking to purchase a new iPhone 14 Pro and was feeling overwhelmed by the choices. Jamil was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect product for me. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise way.

The service that they provide is shocking. They lied to me about the iPhone Coverage, saying that it is the same as what Apple offers. However, this is not true. When I confronted them about it, they blamed me for trusting them and not reading everything myself.

I recommend that you do not believe what they say and do your business elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy and they will not hesitate to lie to you in order to get your business.

Easy go shopping spot for Apple products. The staffs attend you promptly and gives all options to make our decisions easy. Second time in a row it was Mariem who assisted us in getting the right product

The service of kate was truly exceptional. I was in the queue waiting my turn to pay and suddenly one guy took my line. But this young lady in the cash counter came in between even she was so busy and said to to the guy “apologies for the inconvenience Sir but you need to fall in line as he came first, my apologies “ Cant wait to come back.. she’s really knowledgeable and very observant what is happening around. I always see her in this branch and really i am so amazed and could hire her or recommendher to my relatives and friends .. really happy to see a beautiful soul like her.

Rouben is the best seller I dealt with him. Excellent communication skill and able to deliver knowledge and so patient with client. Welcoming customer with smile and happy to support their inquiries. He is the best example to be rewarded among his staff. I am really happy to meet him to support my inquiries.
