The worst store ever the worst customer service in uae specially one rude morracan lady called Lubna much rude I swear I wanted to leave the cloth which I purchase and leave and no need to take from such rude behavior , I’m 15 years in uae never had such rude customer service in my life if there’s less than star I would give the store only have little night dresses while the rest doesn’t deserve to be rated even or be available in mall like mirdif , just now I did case against this shop in dubai consumer and tomorrow Iam planing for police case against the rude behavior of that staff Lubna

I am not rating the brand , I’m rating this specific store (Anotah , Mirdiff city Centre Dubai) Two stars is no. The clothing is gorgeous , the sizing is not fully uniform across designs so I highly recommend trying items on. The are incredibly made and the price is extremely fantastic.

The day I bought my items, there were two staff members, one behind the counter on her phone , and the second was on a 30 minute phone call in the changing room (usually I don’t complain about these things) but I actually felt like I was annoying them by asking them anything (she huffed in annoyance when I asked her if they had any more sizes available) she didn’t check, said no we don’t have your size . I got out of the changing room myself and checked and found my size. I didn’t think to even give a bad review , until I got home , tried to wear the items I bought and realised she hadn’t even removed the metal Secuirity tags (which we can’t remove at home easily without risking damage to the items) , so I need to probably go back with a receipt to get the Secuirity tag off.

I highly recommend for the manager on this store / brand to consider the damage staff like this is doing to the reputation of the store. If staff are not able to use their phones in a manner that isn’t rude , they should be allowed to do so, otherwise they should consider putting it away during work- or atleast when the store is busy. I also understand how there could be a language barrier , but refrain from calling customers “too big” , many women struggle with their image as is, instead , show them other designs in their size (without specifically telling them how they look) .

I hate complaining about things, and try to be very tolerant , but seeing how the tags weren’t removed (plus my experience in store) left a very bitter taste behind .

Gorgeous clothes. I delivered online from Anotah, and the service was amazing. Not only was it FREE delivery (all the way from Kuwait to Dubai) but they also gave extra gift items! The website has a function where you can directly message Anotah staffs with any questions, and i got an answer (literally) within in 10 seconds of me sending them a message regarding the date of my delivery. Whoever, I talked to (her name was Samar, from Kuwait) was very helpful, not only did she answer my question, but provided me with a link on where I can see the step by step procedure for the whereabouts of my delivery. I've never been so impressed with the quality and customer service from a clothing brand. I wish you future success.

Not recommend at all even one star is a lot for it
Very rude male staff working there he scared my son that only 6 years old and shout at him
If can't deal with costumer have kids please write that kids not allowed and you will not have any costumer.

Rude staff (male Arabic)...racial discrimination...I have been to the store n number of times and bought stuff before ...however staff are in a rush to go home ..and lady staff she states that they are closing in 30 mins however it was 23:00 hrs and store closes by 12 midnight due to sales...unprofessional

Love the brand and the recent Anotah collaboration with Kuwaiti social media star Dalal AlDoub was also excellent.
Its modern and modest which I think is a perfect combo for these days.
