Worst experience. The person on the desk is very slow. People are really tired after a flight and have to wait long hours to receive their reserved cars. WHAT THE HELL? Just see the documents and hand over the keys. The car is already booked and reserved and paid for online, then why the ling wait. I waited 2 hours, to get my car. There was only one person in front of me, and it took him one hour to receive his car and another hour for my car. Only one person at the desk. Worst car rental’s ever.

Excellent service and very professional staff at Avis T1 branch. smooth documentation and vehicle handover process. Only issue is moving to parking lot from arrival gate. It takes some time and efforts with luggage's due to the structure of Dubai Airport.

Did not have the car that I reserved. Tried to give me a larger car with extra charge. When I asked fir smaller car at a lesser fee, the employee was not happy and started harassing me and my wife. When I said that I will file a complaint, the employee said that I can do whatever I want and that this is Dubai and no one does care.

Basically, the employee wanted to make more money from giving me the larger car.

Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Quite poor in service, initial enquiry confirms having a required seater for a booking almost a month ahead and in later stages of enquiry mentioned of non availability without offering any alternatives! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. I booked a car online 2 days before my arrival and when i got there they tried to scam me by giving me a smaller car with the same price of the car I booked. When i asked them why they said its our policy. What a policy!! Scammers

We rented a car 30 apr 2023 and we left it 01 may 2023
My name is büşra And we pay 183.43 usd and 49.16 usd for fuel and high way bill But today 12 may 2023 my credit card has been taken 212.51 usd
But ı am here in turkey That is not belong to me, There is a problem for this paid I will complain this to the avis company if you do not solve this problem
Please pay back 212.51 usd

My rental reservation was not honored per the policy the AVIS site says. “If a customer is delayed, it is our policy to honor a reservation up to 24 hours beyond the stated pick-up time.” I booked a reservation nearly three months ago and after traveling 17hrs and experiencing delays I get to DXB to hear they are overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled even though it hadn’t been 24 hours and the reservation still showed in my phone. The same reason I didn’t call Avis to report delays was the same reason I didn’t call to report the issue…international rates. Nothing about their own 6 hour policy is shown online or in the rental agreement. For the sake of not being stuck without a vehicle I reserved one that was $500 more than my original rate and was told I had to wait three hours. So much for trying to get ahead of the curve and booking well in advance because of the Cup and F1, where I’m supposed to be today. I’m fed up with Avis. I’m going back to National after 100+ days in a rental each year.

Thank you for renting a car..it was a great trip.. Renault Duster was in excellent condition, at the time of returning it was all dirty inside due to beach outing... All sand dust.. They didn't charge for washing extra. Thanks for it.
