Everything is fake in this store.
I had a verbal conversation with a real Balmain employee, these clothes have bad quality,are expensive and definetly not real.
Look at my pictures, the letters come off after washing the first time at 30 degrees, pure trash quality.
I am trying now to get my money back with the help of the credit card company, a lawyer and also the german press.
Nobody should be a victim of such a scam!

I would give negative stars if possible. I bought 2 suitcases, 1 shirt and a Tshirt. I tried a Tshirt which was fine and after I purchased , I was given one with marks on the collar, the chest & a crushed collar

FAKE BALMAIN STORES !
Oh my god, how it can be real to sale fakes into this mall?
Looks like bad joke, but it sad reality, because there is no this shop into official list of Balmains stores. Poor quality of good. And 75% off? Are you kidding?

One of the sales people was racist and exercised religious non tolerance towards my partner. Balmain managers please contact me or I will contact Mall of the Emirates and higher authorities.

Pathetic, careless and unprofessional sales associates. Wish there was a zero rating which they do not even deserve. They do not have the slightest idea as to how to deal with Customers. They have a major attitude that needs to be monitored and improved after a lot of coaching, which I doubt to be in place at such horrible store. They are so lazy, arrogant, uncooperative and ignorant. People like those do ruin the name of any brand. If they hate their job or their life (which seems to be the case) , then they shall stay at home rather than even thinking that they can deal with Customers in such an unprofessional manner. Such people do not know how blessed they are to have a job. Completely frustrating and definitely not recommended. What a shame !!

Tried a few blazers on here yesterday and they are not the same quality as those available in Europe - buttons lighter and hanging down as not sewn on very well, thin material, missing the shoulder padding, short on the arms. Very clear these are Chinese made - I don’t understand how MoE is allowing this. Strange.

They sold me.fake tee shirts Balmain, confirmed in Europe by official dealer.
I feel deceived and disappointed as a tourist, what a shame for this Mall.
