I got tricked by the staff from this shop. I wanted to have beyond sexy bras, yet I got wrong sizes from the branch in Sharjah.. so I have the small sizes bras exchange in the mall of emirates shop. But i just now found out after flying out if Dubai, that instead of having beyond sexy…I got push up bras which is not worth the effort and price I paid for….La senza is well known for gel pad and i am not interested to just buy a push up bra because other branded lingerie cost way lesser than la senza basic bras.

Staff is wonderful and very attentive.
However the prices considering the quality of lingerie are just outrageous.
499 for the bra or 249 for panties?
It would be absolutely okay, if it’s made from silk at least.
Fabrics are looking cheap and quality of lace is less then average.

Staff was very attentive, but the choice in this brand is very very poor. La Senza few years ago was much much better than nowadays…

The stuffs are really well trained, I visited the shop and had some misunderstandings about the product, anyway I bought it but complained a lot, but all the stuff were so friendly and patient, they didn’t even ignore me after what happened, after all I was the one misunderstanding, I called the shop and apologized as well, over all I had the best customer service there .

Very special thanks to ms.eivlen, she is very friendly and kind.

I dropped La senza Store here in Mall.of Emirates.... because I saw that there is a sale, I bought the 5 for 59....I was happy because I chose the best one.When I go to the counter,She approached me and grabbed the items,she is Filipino which have tattooed ????.She never know how to asked my items to take it she just grabbed it.Then after i paid...I asked her where is the receipt,twice.She never responded she is focusing the other customer paying.So she responded arrogantly.Please check this kind of saleslady.The way she treated a customer.I really upset and beside we are same NationalityI didnt get her name.I one more I patrionized your items since I came Dubai.Respect all customer.Hope this will be correct this kind of attitude.

Poor customer service and very slow action!!
I went to mall of Emirates branch last Sunday March 28, 2021 and I purchased there for the promotion of worth 149aed 7pcs panty and when I arrived at home to check the items one piece is missing and I called them immediately to check the cctv camera and they said they will asked to the manager, the next day morning I called them again to follow up and again they said their waiting the area manager and I called them again in the afternoon and still no progress they said they sent and email to the area manager and IT to review the camera. So its been 3 days now theere's no yet response or progress for checking the cctv camera they are very slow not even call me to update.
