Perfect store in mall of the Emirates. Elizabeth is one of the best sales women there. The way she treats the customer is amazing. We asked her to bring lots of shoes of our size but she never hesitated to go and get the right size for us.
We had plan to buy one shoes but due to her kind behaviour we took two pairs of shoes.

Amazing store in Mall of Emirates !! Went to shop last Friday and happily and quite guiltily purchased 2 pairs of shoes. What to be noted here is not the quality of shoes etc etc we all know Steve Madden makes good shoes! I actually bought them because of Amal oh boy what a professional she is. Super sharp and smart; knows how to make people buy!! Treasure her Steve Madden ????. Excellent stuff and all the very best Amal!

Staff is really motivated and helpful.
Good and big shop, a lot of choices and they always have a stock for the sizes .
However the pricing is crazy.
It’s literally double from original price in US.

Shop is located in Ground Floor in Mall of the Emirates, I used to buy past lots of Steve Madden shoes. Quality good shoes, unfortunately I couldn’t find enough choices.

Very bad attitude the staff ,,today I come for buy really I need help from the staff ,,but they don’t care ,,,I take some for I can try even not yet I try they put back ..they care when who look rich?? Please respect who ever you are sale.
This my first time but I feel really uncomfortable.thanks

Went to buy a pair of shoes, salesperson told me to take 1 size small because the shoes will stretch. After a week of blisters I could take the pain no more. I went back to the store asking to change the shoes to bigger size, they would send to their warehouse for stretching instead. It’s been 1 week and still no sign of my shoes. I regret buying from Steve Madden and will never buy their shoes again.

Servicio de buses pésimo, desaconsejo usarlo a todo el mundo ya que no cumplen horarios y muchos de los buses que marcan en Google o en su propia página jamás pasan, peor servicio imposible
