I received the worse service of my life from the mall of Emirates. I love your fabrics but With the type of staff and how disrespectful she was. You going to lose a lot. Asking my fit from the staff was a problem. She treated me as if I was a nobody. In a nutshell you have to check the branch at Emirates mall. I have been to dubai mall and the staffs there were amazing. All smilling and ready to help. Stradivarius at mall of the emirates is the worse place to be.

Very rude!! Not respecting customers.
Im pregnant sitting waiting for my daughter and this employee shahrazad ask me to not!! However I told her Im pregnant, she didnt ask in a nice way!

Worst cashier, staff that ignored your request they need training how to speak to customer, dressing room staff not willing to cooperate .The cashier literally gives everyone a disrespectful look and the other are just not trained for a managing shop, probably because not happy in their job and paid not enough.

Unprofessional staff..I wanted a certain size ,they promised to arrange from store in 40 mts..I came back after 1 hour and they seems to have forgotten about it..Says wrong size was brought to store...No apologies ,just asking do u want now ?

I returned items for a refund over 2 weeks ago and still the credit doesn’t reflect. On the day of the refund there was issues with their system. I spoke to the store manager who said she will be in touch - I heard nothing back, 10 days later I went to the store and spoke to her again, where she said she will call me back - still nothing. I returned items to other stores on the same day as I did to this store and the money took 3 days to reflect in my bank account. I understand things can go wrong, but surely if you follow up, someone should update you at least

What is up with the staff in that shop. Today was the second time I ever went there, and I see the same disturbing behavior. The woman in front of the Fitting Rooms, keeps telling people to hurry up because there's a line outside (this happened both of the times I was there) I waited in the line swell as everybody else! and the cashier is soooo slow! Like they have the time in the world, while the customers keep piling up in the line. So this time I left the clothes I chose in a random spot( btw I was next up..it just felt so ridiculous, like I had to beg for them for the clothes). I was fuming! This is absurd...

I went to the mall of the emirates branch and the staff were rude and not helpfull and I had to look for the stuff i wanted they were not responding when I asked for assistance!!!
They kept putting away the clothes i picked and were in a hurry to close and leave!
Never going there again. Plenty of other shops with better and helpfull staff.
Shame!!!!!!!!!
