First teach your staff how to interact with customers ..when you ask for the price they simply tell look at the stand for the price.....when asked for guidance to the trial room it was as though we asked for a loan of a million dollars.. absolutely substandard

Dumi and Estra transferred my sick mum from London to Peterborough. They were so nice to us and very patience. Dumi kept my mum busy with laughter all through the journey. Thank you ladies. We appreciate your good work. ????

EMS assisted me with a patient transfer from LHR to Greater London. Their team were prompt, efficient and very sensitive to the patient’s needs. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend them.
