I am a forever customer of charles and keith , but this time here at outlet mall my experience is very bad . I never expected this type of service from any charles keith employee ☹️

I used to be very fond of their shoes. But now they don't have any sort of after sales services. Though I'm willing to pay for the repairs, they don't have the most basic repair facility in UAE. After I learned this, I contacted their cc in Singapore and still they couldn't do anything for this in UAE. I say NO to Charles and Keith from now on.

I ordered a size 35 block heels Shoes from Deira City Center branch, as they didn’t have the right size at the shop. They insisted on me booking it and assured me that I will get a call in 2-3 days and to collect the item from my nearest store. It was more than 15 days and I didn’t get any call or message from Charles and Keith. So I called them to enquire about the item after which they told me that the item is available for pick up. I highly recommend not to order from stores as their service is very poor and unreliable. I’m Highly disappointed with Charles and Keith
