Enjoying shopping then I'll stumbled with this branch of TIMBERLAND, from the moment i entered the shop you will feel the negativity of the place. Extremely unaccomodating, discrimanating and rude staff. Like seriously how you hired your staff? I just selected one pair of shoes then ask for the available size, the unknown staff (bald unknown gender) rudely replied that "IT IS NOT WITH THE PROMOTION!" I just walked out like SERIOUSLY?

Very good price drops for all products. In addition buy one get one offer too. You will be confused to buy the options available, product quality is as good as always. Collections are not outdated too.

But the Crowd is was so much. The inventories were kept on the floor which was a bit inconvenient for customers to select from the large quantity

Extremely bad customer service. Please note Timberland shops in Dubai will refuse to exchange items even if you try to exchange them just 4 days after purchase. I have never seen such crazy rules in my life. They like to punnish their customers , i can't figure out why you would treat your loyal customers in this way ?? Never buy any Timberland product ever again!!

Bad product and weak after service. I baught two boots from there, both got damaged in no time due to low quality, which is not expected for such a high end brand. I went back to store, they sent shoe to their head office. They r refused to fix it and asked me to follow up with their HQ management. I have been calling them for past week, left call back request, but no one seems to be caring to respond. Disappointing... Will never buy from there again.

Rude and obnoxious staff. Went here to return a parcel, was waiting ages. There was no queue when I got in there, just a crowd of people trying to get to the till. I was standing in the best area I could. Then all of a sudden a queue formed of about 5 people at the other side of the counter just as it was my turn. The man said he couldn’t serve me as I wasn’t in the proper queue. Ridiculous! I was there at least 5 mins before all of those in the queue. Maybe open your eyes and see who’s actually next to be served. Won’t ever be shopping here again. Even when the kids ask for snacks after school.

Excellent shop…Always helpful and honest. Will get things in especially for you if they don't stock it. Added bonus of free cash machine inside that makes you feel much safer. Staff are a delight so polite and can't do enough for you.love it..????????

Staff very friendly and helpful. I tend to only use it as it is my closest Amazon returns dropoff, but due to the selection of goods I tend to come out with a bag full of goods too.
