They stock products that's don't work, no idea wether they are defective or expired. Bought some bathbombs for my girlfriend (didn't work), salesmen also sold me a liquid foam to add on top, still didn't work.

Nice, vibrant, smells fantastic and staff were super friendly.
Been to other branches like the one in the marina mall, staff were mean and rude.

The store in charge, Carol, was very helpful and went out of her way to help us. She heard us out patiently and provided exemplary customer service. Employees like her make a brand, and turn customers into loyalists.
