I have been using the Nakheel Mall branch for a while and been there a couple of times the last year. Every time I go there the staff have been very polite, go out of their way to help out and everything is done right away. Five stars doesn't do them any justice. Nakheel Mall branch team you should be very proud of yourselves, keep up the great job you are doing and thank you for your services. Am very grateful for your efforts.

I was very lucky to have used the help of Mr. Tayeb Noor at Amer Nakhil for the golden visa residency and ID services for me and my family. I have never ever experienced dealing with such an efficient, professional and punctual person as Mr. Tayeb Noor! very bad service from mohamad anwar he is telling no payment by card only cash while I paid many times by card with the lady in the reception but for mohamed he said go to other amer to take your service also he asked me to fix the payment machine if I need to pay by card he need to take lessons in customer service also he need to know I am a customer not technician to fix his payment machine we are in Dubai 2023 still cash!! also how come to tell customers go to other amer as my service available in amer nakheel mall but only payment cash

Mona at Amer (Nakheel Mall) was nothing but patient and helpful with her timely advice and responses to ensure the immigration process was smooth and efficient so that I could sponsor my children . Really appreciate all their help and advice.

Got my golden visa in ONE BUSINESS DAY all thanks to Anwar. He was so so helpful, he even gave me his WhatsApp contact info and answered all my questions. The most efficient centre I have ever been to, and there are NO line ups! I highly recommend using Anwar as he is so so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the processes.
