I Picked up this product pull on pant from Bershka. I did a cold wash in washing machine and the color changed in the fabric. This pant has same fabric but now changed color its very weird. I went to show the damage to staff in MOE and before even I could explain the opening sentence was “you must have washed it with black fabric” which was not the case. I just went to inform them that this fabric has some issues that it came in contact with detergent to change color but instead full blame was passed on that I dint read the instructions and must have washed it with other clothes, without even listening. Firstly this altitude clearly reflects lack of service standards and training to staff as to how to treat customers. I have been shopping from Bershka for years. Recently the service standards and the products are disappointing. Staff always is in some rush to attend you. They hardly smile and have stressed look on their faces. I was not looking for refunds or exchange since I “was” a fan of Bershka I wanted to give a feedback. Pity that Bershka looks down at you.

Extremely rude female staff in the changing room. Not hospitable or helpful in any way shape or form. I have had this experience on more than one occasion.

Extremely disappointed and insulted with the accusation today that I had worn and washed something that I intended to return. This was despite the label being in pristine condition.

This is absolutely the last time I shop at Dubai Mall Bershka. Customer service is generally appalling.

So disappointed with the quality of their shoes i had this shoes for only two weeks and clearly it can’t stand any bending which is a normal thing for a shoes to handle, to be honest the garments quality is good but shoes i don’t recommend

The manager at Dubai Mall really needs to teach its employees about respect. They're more rude and unhelpful than Zara employees. I was told by a lovely lady working at the changing rooms to ask the cashiers about my concern regarding a specific dress and how to get in contact with the other branches that had the dress available as I wanted to wear it for my sweet sixteenth. The male cashier was very adamant about me leaving even though there wasn't any line behind me. I asked him if he knew the number for a specific branch that had the dress and he told me to search it up on Google as if I didn't check before. When I called and tried to send a text it wouldn't go through and he saw that and just shrugged and went back to talking to his coworker. Just like most of their clothes, these Bershka employees specifically in Dubai Mall, don't have the class or sophistication to be working their jobs. Do better.

Worst customer service, especially when the fitting room attendee accuses the customer of theft and arguing because she did not properly count how many fragments were taken into the fitting room. Adding to that that she added a curse word when coached about her behaviour.

I was really disappointed with the staff at Dubai mall.I bought this from the 69aed sale items but when I went to cash in they charged me 89 aed. I asked them why did they charge me 89 when it was clearly written 69aed even in the price tag.One of the staff(male-Indian) he took the item from me and disappeared for a while without saying anything to me.And when he came back he told me it is 89 Diram and they did not change the price tag and just left.(without even apologizing).I bought the item but the staff should realy know the standards of hospitality.
