Had very bad experince at the store today. There were people cutting the line at the counter and when we approached the staff she told us to deal with it ourself. Extremely unprofessional response.

I felt scared about this store because all of staff were soooo rude and ridiculed …
I really don’t recommend to go this store better to go Mall of Emirates

Rude female staff working tonight (nov 20,2020). One lady said i can get 7 items in the fitting room..5 minutes later ( after entering ) another said I can only get 5. Then they told me while I was changing I can be in the fitting room for a certain time! ( Poor team work and poor team managment). This should have been told before entering the fitting room and changing! All other shops in dubai mall allow you to try on as many items as you want. Seems like staff are unsure of their rules.

As I left, the women working decided to all stare at me and whisper to each other..I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Very childish and immature behaviour from stradivarius staff. Definitely need to work on friendliness!

It's my favorite brand, pocket friendly, good quality and stylish casual collection they have. Just the way I like. A big fan of this brand wish they could offer me some extra discount, Unfortunately they ain't in India.

One of the worst, made our online order and we have paid then we went to refund it from the store , they took the cloths and refuse to refund saying that it will be refunded online and nothing happened till now no money received and no one is giving us any answers

The salesman is very rude, he even shout on my face, we have the right to choose and compare the items ofcourse and asking him nicely and politely if there is a new stock aside from the displayed items
