I regret to express my profound disappointment with the service at the Sony Dubai Mall showroom. The shopping experience was unfortunately marred by an unpleasant encounter with a particularly distasteful salesman.
This individual demonstrated an appalling lack of professional decorum and an unspeakable level of arrogance. I was personally witness to an incident in which he not only behaved in a crude manner but also tried to physically intimidate a fellow customer. This behaviour was inexcusable and unacceptable in a professional setting, let alone a retail showroom of a world-renowned brand like Sony.
As a consumer, it's expected that the store staff will treat customers with respect and decorum, creating a conducive and welcoming atmosphere. However, this salesman, despite his role, took it upon himself to erode this expectation and create a hostile environment.
Sony should immediately address this issue, as such behavior not only taints the reputation of the showroom but also puts the company's name in disrepute. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure that such incidents don't repeat in the future. No customer should feel threatened or harassed when they are merely trying to shop.
Until such time, I cannot recommend this showroom to anyone and will advise friends and family to avoid it, lest they too have to endure such an appalling experience. This one-star review is solely a reflection of this unfortunate incident and the showroom's inability to provide a safe and respectful shopping environment for all customers.

I wish to bring to your attention an absolutely appalling experience I had at the Sony Dubai Mall showroom. A specific member of your staff, who appeared to be a salesperson, has displayed such egregious behavior that I felt compelled to address this issue in a public forum.
The individual in question was not only unprofessional, but his behavior can only be described as brutish and condescending. His conduct was not befitting that of a representative of a respected company such as Sony.
His physical appearance was no better than his attitude. He seemed to be in a state of total disregard for personal hygiene and presented a rather unkempt image, which only added to the overall negative experience.
What shocked me the most was his complete lack of respect for customers. His rude demeanor was off-putting, to say the least, but what transpired next was simply unacceptable. I witnessed him become confrontational, even physically aggressive, towards a customer - an incident which I found utterly disturbing. It's one thing to have a disagreement; it's entirely another to resort to physical intimidation.
His actions have not only sullied the reputation of your brand but have also created an atmosphere of hostility and fear. This is far from the comfortable and welcoming environment that customers expect when shopping in your showroom.
I hope Sony takes swift action to rectify this situation and ensures that this individual faces the necessary repercussions. Your customers deserve a pleasant and respectful shopping experience. I strongly urge you to make this right.

I usually don't leave reviews but the experience I had at the Sony Showroom in the Dubai Mall left me so utterly shocked and disgusted that I felt compelled to share.
The staff member, who unfortunately happened to assist me, displayed the absolute worst professional conduct I have ever seen. His demeanour was unprofessional and his attitude was outright offensive.
Rather than providing helpful advice or assistance, he seemed more interested in flaunting his own supposed 'knowledge', constantly interrupting and speaking in an overly condescending manner. His behaviour not only demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and respect, but also showed an utter disregard for customer service standards.
The most disturbing part of the ordeal was when I witnessed this employee escalate a disagreement with a customer to an entirely unacceptable level, verging on physical harassment. I was appalled by the sheer audacity and blatant disregard for the customer's safety and well-being.
The Sony brand is synonymous with innovation and quality, but the service at the Dubai Mall showroom falls shockingly short of those standards. I left feeling disappointed, distressed, and utterly disrespected.
Sony, if you value your brand reputation and your customer's safety, I urge you to address this incident promptly and ensure that such a disgraceful encounter does not repeat itself.
This experience has made me question my association with Sony. I hope that the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a horrific experience in the future.

So I received the TV not function.(Glass Broken)
I asked Sonny Service Centre (Dar Es Salam) not to respond to recover ,and told me to pay around USD 1,300.
I ask how,because i have WARANTY.
