I personally like Massimo Dutti style and design, for both ladies and gents. Good variety of products, nice presentation of products. Clean, well managed and maintained. They have to improve customer service so as to at least keep their customers. EXPENSIVE. Nearby mall free parking .

Very rude staff, specially Ahmad, who was not in the mood to work as they were having a sale. The manager was apologetic, but nevertheless, the negative experience did make us change our mind about shopping at Massimo Dutti. I hope they train their employees a bit more in BASIC customer service and simple manners.

Used to be one of my favorite store.

It’s nice to have beautiful staff
But what the beauty do if they where rubbish from the inside?
It’s important to have staffs who are beautiful from the inside. Surprised to see people who are rich in discourteous.

Nobody answers the phone. I have called atleast 10 times trying to find out whether the dress I ordered has arrived or not so I may go try it on but NO response. And even if you get lucky enough and they pick up the phone they just hang up that very instance. Theres no way to call them or get in touch and thats horrible.

Its a beautiful store and a good collection however its over priced. If i put everything aside I am only concerned about the BIASED AND THE RACIST ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. I AM VISITING THEM IN THE AFTERNOON OF 6TH APRIL 2023 AT 3:00 PM. The staff is behaving extremely racist towards us. not showing us the sizes and asking us to first try the clothes ( How rude are they). I am sorry but if you want to he in the UAE you need to maintain the decorum. You cannot gauge a customers potential of buying by looking at his face.

Its a disappointment.

Rude Staff & Manager
I gave my pant for alteration on 23rd of Feb.
The measurements were taken
When I came in to collect it on 2nd Mar and do a trial I found that the fitting was tight.
I had requested them to alter these were response from staff
1. Staff named Yurii, says you can find a tailoring service outside and get it done.

It doesn’t really make sense for me to come all the way to get such a response.

And he also mentioned that the fit is perfect and I was not comfortable with the fit.

2. Manager comes in and says I cannot guarantee you a delivery by 2PM tomorrow as I had requested due to my travel
She said she has to consider with tailor before even committing it

Extremely unpleasant experience! The guy who helped (?) me spoke to me in a mocking manner. I wanted to buy 7 Polo shirts in various colors that I saw on your website. When I was saying the colors as listed on YOUR website he thought he needed to tell me blue is blue! In fact there are two shades of blue on your site and I wanted to have the right colors. This went on with the other colors as well and I finally was so upset that I left the store without buying and thought I will buy them online or maybe even switch to another brand!This was at the Dubai Mall store

Massimo is one of my favorite stores in general. However the staff in Dubai mall branch specially at the Casher are very rude and angry. Specially a guy called Ahmed

It was the last 15 mins before closing time, however people were inside the store already and at the cashier ( only 4 people ) so it don’t take more than 8 mins to finish them.

However they were very rude and yelling at the customers to hurry up, when I tried to make a conversation to cool him down. He was actually more rude and told all his colleagues to smile so I can be happy.

I asked the manager for a link to give my feedback. And she said yes sure go and do it in Google. As if they don’t care

I’m sure they won’t do this if they work on their store. However could be that people are tired at end of the day. But still customer is a customer and if you can’t be nice then please just don’t be rude.

I left from the store very upset
