Amazing strips and fried????. I did expect but really am impressed it become of fried with chess toping. Chicken strip also good.

The beef and chicken burgers where really good as always, the bread is soft and tasty, the chicken tenders were delicious as well. Not good fries, as you can see from the pictures difference in color and not crunchy but the curly fries were good. I do like mirdif cc food court where Hardees is located, and the service was fast. We got family meal 4 burgers 4 fries 4 soft drink for 78 AED only.

The person who took our order had made a slight mistake she asked for guidance to her in charge.
Jesus man the beat option of worst leadership.. a philipino girl the way she talk to the staff horrible. An example of never be same..

Very bad experience, actually one of my worst at a fast food chain restaurant and this is because it took them more than half an hour to get my order ready when I only ordered one meal and the manager did not show any empathy or concern when I spoke her to about the issue, it was a very unacceptable situation. Never ordering from this branch ever again.

I got my drink with ice even though I ordered it without ice but the lady was so kind and apologized
My issue was that there were latterly 3 customers waiting to order so it’s not crowded
But still Vikas the great manager cannot manage a simple queue sequence
bad representation for this known and lovable fast food chain.

Employee called Mr. Suman was very kind with me today. I wanted to break my fast and he made sure to prepare my order quickly with a smily face. Thank you Suman you made my day ????

Very bad experience. Very frustrating. The cashier didn't manage to give my order to her colleague so nobody got it prepared. It looks like the staffs are clueless on what they're doing. It's chaotic. I have to wait for more than half an hour just to get a simple order. Very slow service. I will not recommend if you're an on-the-go type of person. Other fast food chains can do much quicker and better job.
