The staff is attentive and responsive only before the sale. Once I put the deposit on, it was a nightmare trying to contact them, getting a proper response and even getting the car itself! Be careful of hidden costs, they did not disclose all the fees in the beginning.

Bought a Dodge Durango. Would like to tell more about the staff..Amal in particular who is a fantastic staff. She has been helpful in guiding us through the entire process and documentation. Not a day's delay in what has been promised to us.

Visited the festival city showroom with my wife on 27th Dec Evening around 6.30pm with the intention of buying. The showroom was almost empty and the sales lady who was seated right next to the challenger section couldn't care less and kept given generic answers to my questions "yes or No", Either she's bored of her Job or its because shes working on a Friday. Either way It was a bad experience. She just lost a potential buyer.

Away from the city, no more parking hassles. Welcoming receptionist. The whole team at the showroom are very warm welcoming. And the hospitality is amazing.

Went to buy a used car today but came back changing my mind..... Rude sales guy...maybe a brit ..... doesn't know how to handle a customer.....!!!
