This is comment at midnight, as I collected my new car XC60 Ultimate Bright tonight, I really like it! Meanwhile I really appreciate the support of Ajaip and her Volvo colleagues, I got a professional car introduction, car reservation and Delivery services from Ajaip, Hope she and her colleague all the best, Volvo is the best car!

Many thanks to Monther from the sales team for making my long waited car purchase a reality. Volvo service was exceptional that they even went the extra length to provide me with a S90 car due to a short delay in delivering my one. Extremely happy with the Volvo service and my XC60.

Volvo have a great team at their DFC showroom. I really enjoyed my experience leasing a new vehicle from them. They were very helpful, and then took extra time to familiarize me with the car’s features when I picked it up. Well recommend.

We bought the new XC60 from Mohammad Hraibi and it was amazing experience. We got excellent service from him till we take the car out. The deal was finished very fast within 1 week from the date of order. Very highly recommended.

NOT a SAFE NOR FAMILY FRIENDLY brand as it is advertised.

I bought a brand NEW MY23 Volvo XC60 with FULL CASH from this showroom, and had THREE different ISSUES within the FIRST THREE DAYS of ownership.

A brand new car comes with FAULTY COMPONENT AND CRITICAL DEFECTS every single day - Digital screen turned itself off while it was traveling on the highway. Car cannot be entered nor started as it cannot recognize the two keys (Yes, both keys!!) all of a sudden. Park Assist reduce function on day 1 we drove back home.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Considering the fact that this was the first time in my life to walk to different showrooms to purchase a new car, I was quite uncomfortable when I first entered. Fortunately within 10 minutes, I felt very comfortable to walk around while all my questions were being answered. I am not saying it was just the great service that made me buy Volvo, I have always known and loved the brand, but having a welcoming atmosphere definitely made my decision much easier. A massive thank You for Ajaip Nurgeldiyeva who was not only helpful throughout the whole process, but is still answering my questions after purchase. I am happy with my new car and having the knowledge that there is always support just a whatsapp message away gives me a lot of comfort

I got my XC90 from the showroom, the overall experience was excellent. Special thanks and mention to Ajaip, she has an excellent attitude, is very proactive and provided all the required support and guidance from the test drive to the delivery of the car. Great work, much appreciated.
