Products are good but the facial booking lady who is African is incredibly rude. Would never book anything here and would rather buy the products from a different retailer.

In love with their products and i'm a regular customer but do not like the African girl, she is very unfriendly! Every time passing by i check if the other girl is there i enter the store if not i go and purchase their products from other stores like Harvey Nichols
