A couple of days ago I was in LV at Mall of the Emirates. I liked the service very much. The girl, Camila, told me about the entire collection and showed me all the handbags that I was interested in. I asked a lot of questions as I often buy here and in Europe with my bf. It was obvious that she knows her job very well and told me about the leather, colors and other things. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Thank you Camilla.

Worst experience ever, worst customer service ever, the color of my bag in untouchable part was faded and they refused to fix as it's because of usage, the age of the bag is less than 2 years, why would I invest in a bag and pay a fortune and it will get ruined in a short time whith the worse customer service team, the manager who works there should not be am LV customer face as she ha very rude!!!!

They have a new arrogant approach if keeping clients waiting despite many sales people being available. I was so offended at this level of service after being a loyal customer to this brand since I can remember. I was prepared to purchase new shoes and a matching handbag but walked into Gucci and Bottega instead where they know how to treat customers. They need to take that attidue somewhere else. It doesn't fly when there are several competing brands just around the corner.

Would be my first and last visit to MOE LV. Had unpleasant experience from beginning. There were so many salesgirl but everyone pretended to be busy with each other, talking and walking from end to end. Not surprised as the only salesmen that were friendly to us have customers; even some customers were waiting to be attended. Ended up purchasing one at Chanel???????? Much better services and attitude

What can I say? If you want to get spoilt, feel like a million dollars and have a special occasion head out to this store!
The best collection of handbags available! They also do amazing perfumes, shoes, belts, sunglasses, scarves etc.
Excellent customer service and the shopping couldn't get better!

Hi ,I was at lv showroom last week and I was searching for a particular bag. Although I have been to numerous showrooms of theirs, I must admit that Vitalina ,Omar Faroukhi, and Aleksandra were amazing. Their customer service is exceptionally efficient and they welcomed us warmly. We will definitely go back to their showroom again.

I Went into the mall of emirates, was not expecting to get anything from Louis Vuitton however when I was served by Mimma she recommended such amazing perfumes and accessories that I just had to add to my collection.
