We had the famous Dynamite Shrimp which was too good for words. Shrimp with a crunchy exterior and tender prawn meat, coated with the lovely signature dynamite sauce, which had me drooling in love at first sight!
Next came the Mongolian beef, which again lived up to its fame. The bite-sized, well seasoned, flat pieces of tender beef interspersed with spring onion greens are a hot favourite and not to be missed!
The new dish for us was the Singapore Street noodles; a welcome change from the usual Cantonese style soy sauce based noodles, this dish came with a turmeric curry blend sauce, garnished with shrimp, tomato and cilantro. Unique, well seasoned with vermicelli noodles and overall, very delicious!
We also ordered a green apple soda which, unfortunately was way too syrupy and loaded with ice cubes, but our waitress was extremely efficient and got it corrected in a jiffy. The training given to the service staff here is really appreciated.
The food portions were geneous and we had to get the rest of it packed to go. That was done quickly and nearly too.
We were very pleased with the experience here .
Hoping to visit P.F. Chang's again soon!

Dynamite Shrimps are a must though most dishes served are pretty good, very filling and in healthy portion sizes.
Service is usually excellent with a smile.

Would recommend sesam chicken and the Mangolian beef.
I chose (in the picture) Wok charred beef which tasted too much charcoal for me.
The strawberry mojito is great but little overpriced.

The food is absolutely amazing, each morsel is full of flavour and up to standard. My first experience is one of the best. Thank you to the team!
