Very horrible experience in MOE branch. I came to return some items purchased online as Its stated on their website that I can do it any nayomi store. The staff has not even checked the items but I have to wait as thier manager might be still sleeping. Seriously still when customers should adjust to the sleeping schedule of the staff. I came to the shop during its working hours. However after 20 mins kept waiting me in the store without paying attention to me even and after I asked several times to check the assistant told me that I can only exchange as their store has its own policy different from official nayomi policy. Very unprofessional behaviour. And btw to discuss another customer with other customers in Arabic assuming that he/she doesn't understand is below any customer service standards. Believe that the management should pay attention to it.

I had a fantastic experience at Nayomi thanks to the wonderful staff member, Fouza. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect lingerie. Despite not finding my size in the deal 3 for 199dhs bra that I wanted, Fouza's excellent service still left a lasting impression on me. Although I couldn't make my purchase at the mall of the Emirates, I ended up buying the bras and panties deal at Nayomi, Dubai hills Mall. The only reason was the item exchange policy. While I was disappointed to see that some negative reviews mentioned item exchanges, I still recommend Nayomi to anyone looking for beautiful lingerie. Next time I visit the Mall of the Emirates brand, I'll be sure to check if Fouza is working and buy from her. Thank you, Fouza, for your kind and patient service!

The store has been upgraded in a very beautiful manner ,it looks like a castle and its inviting... Myson has great customer service, always smiling, shes welcoming, patient and well informed about sizes of the stock❤️ keep her shes an asset in Nayomi

Such a big difference in service between MOE and Dubai mall. In MOE all staff member are helpful and professional. Had great experience. Thank you girls ????????☺️

It is crazy you cannot exchange underwear even if it has not been tried on, simply because you took it home to compare it to underwear sizes you already have. Now I have a piece of underwear I cannot use because their sizes are not easy to guess and exchange/refund is not allowed.

Also, terrible customer service from both the ladies who attended me today. Unacceptable

Very nice selection! Lots of colors and prints with matching sets. The prices were expensive not sure they were worth it. I enjoyed looking around and managed to take a cute pic in the fun dressing room.
