Excellent coffee, very delicious salads, some small snacks like cheese croissants, few cakes.
The service is very good and staffis kind and friendly. I like that Costa coffee shop. And the Ibn Battuta mall is beautiful.

The coffee is really good. I haven't had costa for a long time and it tasted exactly as I remember it
They have variety of baked goods, my kid enjoyed the pain Au chocolate
They also have skim milk and decaf options
Unfortunately the milk they use is unpasteurized

We were out for some shopping in IBN Batuta mall and felt the need of Coffee. And when you think about good coffee .. Costa coffee is the first name comes in your mind.. we had Coffee Frostino and Caramel Frostino. Taste as usual was so amazing.. they are a offeer going on .. like u add 1 aed and get a slice of cake.. just imagine we enjoyed cheese cake by paying just 1 aed.. nothing can be better than this .. cake was super yumm and sooooo moist... it was super delicious.. Costa Coffee— we are all yours ❤️❤️

A cool quiet coffee place on a busy corner of the China court at the beautiful spacious grand Ibn Battuta mall.

This coffee place is very clean and very calm. There are sanitary practices as per local government protocols. The seating although looked a bit closer, but would serve individuals, couples and families and gatherings within current rules.

The store provides free WiFi access if you would like to work on your computer or devices within the store.

There are a number of sandwitches, cold drinks, smoothies, cakes and savories. There are good options for vegetarians too.

The prices are a bit high, however the coffee is fantastic.

The service staff are very attentive and always welcoming. But most of them look overworked and look tired.

If you still carry their little loyalty card, please note that you need to install their cool new mobile phone app, at last..

The barista at the counter had been kind enough to wait for my transaction to complete so I can install my app to include the order into the app.

This is my favorite coffee corner at Ibn Battuta Mall.

I was in this place last week, very good location at the Chinese section in Obn Battuta Mall in United Arab Emirates. Of course it is good coffee shop as usual for Costa coffee with nice and friendly staff. The best is the location and design with old Chinese theme.

Decent venue. Decent f&b options. During covid staff did make effort to sanitize & clean tables to their best. Restrooms of batuta are easily accessible. Wifi is good. Cafe latte was good & my kids loved Tiramisu.

The place is nice and quite if you sit inside but little noisy when you sit near the mall corridor , Stuff are friendly and helpful , place is well organized and clean however I feel its over priced as a medium Latte will cost you around 23 Dhs while its cheaper in most other similar places coasting around 15 to 17 Dhs only
