Located in China court in front of DEWA shop. It has atm and deposit machine in addition to the business center. This shop is quite small with limited seats so most people ending up queue outside in front of shop. If you choose customer service, line will be longer than if you just need the teller. The attending staff/teller doesn’t smile, but at least can do her job. I should have given one star with these, but I’m giving 2 stars as the one giving the ticket is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the bank sends text message if you’re almost next in line. This gives you the opportunity to roam around the mall then return when it is near your turn.

Easily the worst customer service experience. Waited from 11am to 12.30pm and they just left for lunch without informing us. For each customer they take up to a minimum of 45mins to resolve their issue.

Horrible experience! The lady at the teller provides incorrect information and doesnt care at all about the customer - the manager also doesnt know how to deal with any escalations. If you want work done in a timely manner avoid this branch!

The worst bank.
They don't have online facilities to close your account
They will ask you to visit the brand
I came to their IBN BATUTA MALL BRANCH @11:15 AM, they gave me a token number of 1062, while they are serving 1011, after 2hours of waiting they only serve 2 numbers.
When you inquire with them they will just reply unfortunately you have to wait.
They don't even speed up at all.
Lots of people standing outside .

Even 1 star is not enough to rate this branch. I would give a negative if there’s an option. Waiting line is long. Staff aren’t friendly nor efficient with their jobs. They would give all the excuses in the world for them to get rid of you as soon as possible. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. In fact, I wouldn’t even have to tell my story just to convince people how rock bottom poor their services are. Just go pass by the branch and see for yourself. Go to other DIB branches and steer clear of this branch.

You need to beg the male and female token distributor for a token. Multiple times they reject token, and upon requesting he was warning to call security, recently I had same incident again. I waited, requested again and again and got token coz I dont want to waste another day unpaid. Very rude and unprofessional front people, other bank staffs are good and serve well. Hope DIB makes improvement on this.

The worst customer service you can ever imagine. Not in Banks only, but in the world. How is this branch even operating and why is it open ? Better shut it down and save the cost.

very bad and rabish Service DIB , I am trying to close my account from last years , they doing only drama and different different cgarge.
guys don’t open account there and don’t transfer your salary. ????????????????????????????????????????

around 5 times i vist and every times i pay money. still not close. they says after paying i will get sms for NOC still drama and drama.

please keep dristance from DIB
