Had an overall pleasant experience purchasing the Surface Pro 9. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me decide on which model would best support my requirements. They also threw in a decent discount to boot. I haven't done in store shipping for electronics since 2018 so this was a fun and positive experience.

The Biggest Scammers in the Whole UAE
I ordered a washing machine & it was never delivered when I called the call center the agent was top rude and disrespect he decided to disconnect the line 'Sanja'
After when I called they informed me that the delivery is not even scheduled for today.
No body cares
I had to go all the way to the store asking for refund.
Shameless never again I will step in this cheap quality customer service

I bought a Dell laptop today. The sales staff was knowledgeable, After making the payment I told him to activate the windows & update the required updations. He helped me a lot. While the last update happening, a new customer came & he went with them. After five minutes he informed me that the laptop was ready. I packed the product & left the shop.
If the sales staff was helping with the packing it would be wonderful.

Unorganized store with no prices on items, you have to take everything to the counter to find the price - surely this is against the economic department regulations? Even the exit to the car park doesn’t work, the only sign once you walk all the way to the exit is on the door, loads (I mean about 20) staff standing around but none even bother to advise the door is not working. Go elsewhere as this store is a waste of time.

The worst customer service experience ever.

It’s been a week that we had registered a complaint about our refrigerator, after 4 days they send the complaint to technical department but sadly to the Samsung technical department instead of Siemens technicians and since then there has been no effort from them to update on the status on when the technician would be coming.

When called every single day to check on our request.. their standard line saying our technicians will revert in 24 hrs and now it’s been 4 days and still no technicians has visited us or called us.

Yesterday I called again and they said our request is out on priority and it’s been 12 hrs since then and still no response

It’s a shame

We were looking to purchase washing machine and a TV. We said that we'll come back tomorrow with final decision, but they said taht tiday (Sunday) is the last day of promotion.
10 days later coming back to the store, still the TV we purchased is on sale. This is how you do? I could take some more time and could buy something more if they gave me a day to think about all we need

Worst electronic company ever. The delivery is very disrespectful and impolite. The customer service told me that the washing I got comes with installation and when it arrived they told me that they don’t want to install it unless I pay extra even though on the website it was mentioned that the installation is included. Their customer care is not responsive. Don’t buy from this company.
