The flight was cancelled at 10pm on 5th Aug, due to technical issues. Till now, which is 10am 6th Aug, we have not received our bags. Kids and babies, pregnant ladies, senior citizen like me have been kept standing with no clarity at all. It was one of the most disappointing travels ever. We had to even escalate this issue to the Dubai Police and Duty Manager. I will rate this a complete -1 star experience ever on how the situation was handled post a risk assessment.

And all this delay because of Dnata + with such horrible egoist staff with zero empathy towards customers that have not slept since 24 hours at the baggage claim!

I do not recommend buying tickets here. Not an honest company, not professional employees. Lost time and money with dnata airport Dubai.
More: I bought 2 air tickets on 04.04.23 to dnata airport Dubai on the route Johannesburg - Dubai. When buying, he asked me to sell me fully refundable tickets. A dnata airport Dubai employee assured me that the tickets are fully refundable and with a maximum fine of 100 usd for 2 tickets. And I can return the money for the tickets in Johannesburg. While in Johannesburg, I needed to return the money for the tickets, but it turned out that there is no dnata airport representative office in Johannesburg. I contacted dnata airport by phone and requested a refund. The dnata airport employee started to evade the refund, but after 3 days of negotiations, he agreed to return the money with a fine of 100 usd + 280 aed for each ticket. total 400 usd fine for tickets with a total value of 600 usd. But they can only give money to Dubai, in cash. They did not offer another way, despite the fact that I was in another country and could not pick up this money (I also have no acquaintances in Dubai and I reported this). Then I decided to change the departure date. But dnata airport could not do this either. To change the date of departure, you need to personally fly to dnata airport Dubai or call (in roaming) the support service in Dubai (the eternal waiting line, I could not get through). They could not change the departure date via email. Here are the names and positions of incompetent dnata airport employees:

Conclusion: if the company's employees are not competent, and the management does not follow their work, then the management is not competent either. This means that the whole company is incompetent. This is the worst service ever.
My 2 luggage are missing , and the staff reported only 1 bag. Try to call 600570006 the only thing they can do is let me go back to airport.
The terrible service , not acceptable for Dubai.

Very bad experience with Dnata , lost my 5 bags and no update and no follow from there side , we tried to contact several time and from 10 calls we got one answer after 15 minutes waiting, the person who’s answer my call was very rude , not cooperating and unprofessional at all , one woman asked me if i want my bags or !! What this !! Worst experience ever !! And today day 5 from the claim and nothing from there side !!

I was traveling from terminal 1 the experience with there staff was worst in my life i have traveled a lot but this dnata service was worst please dont trust them very bad experience ????

This review is to share one of the most horrific and disturbing experiences I had from the Dnata Left luggage department - Dubai airport Terminal - 1. I had accidentally shuffled one of my bags with another bag and within 10 minutes reported to the left luggage counter. I reported the issue to the staff who gave us one of the worst response ever. He started off by gesturing thumbs up with both his hands and mocking us and telling us well done, good job etc. He continued by mumbling angrily and thereafter continued to treat us like dogs. He was so rude like he was the CEO of Dnata. He kept making conditions and delaying our procedure and inspite of our extremely polite approach he was humiliating us to the extent and made us suffer from there. We were back from our umrah trip from Saudi and he treated us in this manner. And after we brought all the necessary documents and proof he said that his shift was over and commanded us to wait for the next shift. While being told that what he was doing wasn’t right he responded in a very shocking manner and threatened us to do whatever we wanted and complaint wherever we can. After which he just walked off.
Hope someone rectify such cruel behavior from such a reputed organization like Dnata.
