Rented car for 5 days - great experience no hassle quick service from help desk. I would like to mention name of Fakhar Islam who assist in handed and return car process, it was seemless and quick, v friendly and professional guy. thanks

They have good service and staff, especially Mishel the representative in the office. She makes sure every detail of our needs and assisted us nicely and carefully. She also makes sure that their customers are satisfied with their service. I rented a Nissan Sunny 2023 for 2 days from their Terminal 1 branch. It was a smooth process and the team was helpful and accommodating. After returning the car, I received an SMS confirming that my deposit will be refunded to my card in 30 days. The price could have been slightly lower though, but all in all I am satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Alex, who assisted me with the pick-up and return of the car.

I took my time before I write this feedback, although I saw many negative and low feedbacks from previous costumers, yet my experience was extremely good.
I had a great experience a month ago.
I rented a hyundai car for a week.
Friendly staff.
Clean car.
Very reasonable prices.
No extra charges (except some Salik gates that i purposefully took) .
I put 4 starss instead of 5 as I asked for a baby car seat that wasn't ready when I came to collect although I asked for, yet it was installed within 10 minutes.
Other than that the service was perfect and I will go Thrifty again once I come back to Dubai

I have rented in thrifty most of the time. And I thank Ms. Michelle in the parking area and the rest of the team for always giving us the warmest smile and friendly welcome. We will definitely rent again and will recommend this company to our friends and family.

Best car rental .. my 2nd time with them , and i have tried other companies no chance to compare . i have tried both T1 and T3 team in DXB and these guys are amazing : well-organized , fast , honest and provide you with the best service ..
Special thanks goes to Mursaleen from T3 terminal and Ashood from T1 Terminal ..

Very bad & poor experience
As I made a booking 10days before for my family’s holidays from UK to Dubai.
As I requested a car which is luxury but unfortunately they give me car which I don’t like it.
This is my worst experience and I don’t have a choice to take another car.
For my side I don’t recommend to go with thrifty rent a car. They are just good in talking.
