India .Some arrangement like a free buggy service needs to be made available at multiple points for those who are elderly and those who are not that fit and able to walk these huge distances .It really takes the joy out of landing at this wonderful airport .

I was injured on two crutches with my two young sons and wife. Struggling to move.
Got into airport and about 50meters in a nice lady who was off her shift noticed me struggling. She asked which gate I was going to, which I did not know so she found the gate number after checking her phone and she said it will be really far to walk please come with me.
Me and my family was then escorted from there all the way to the plane.
