I ordered 2 dozen of donuts, and received a call from Dunkin informing us that there are only 2 bavarian flavors left and arranged another set of flavors including the 2 last bavarian that they have, since we really want the Bavarian flavor.

Upon receiving the order, we received it well-packed with 1 free donut with a note (shown in the uploaded photo).

Thank you Dunkin for this free donut and we also appreciate you informing us about the flavors. Not all restaurants do the same. ????

I just had an unforgivable experience.
With someone who is extremely rude and unprofessional and Racist in his own way.( Fawzan ).
For some reason, he is ignoring locals and serving only foreigners.
Like he is aiming for extra tips.

Misleading pricing when using fazaa card. When you advertise 5+1 then thats what it should be not reset the price to cost of 6.
