Bought a engagement ring in April end and had to give 4times for fixing.
Diamond keep moving from its place
N got it back 3 times with the misplaced diamond. Gave back again now, hopefully it will be fixed properly.
I would give 0star for the service
Very disappointed
No girl wants to give her engagement ring again and again for fixing.
I have doubts now if it will ever be perfect even after getting it fixed
I wouldn’t be facing the same issue over and over again.

We received a repair invoice, which also shows the 4 days repair time and the employee informed us that they will give us a call when our item is ready to pickup.
5th day after the repair:
We gave a follow up call, the employee was very unfriendly and told its not ready.
6th day after the repair:
We gave another follow up call, it was told that it will be ready by tomorrow morning and they will call us back in the morning.
7th day after the repair (today)
As expected, nobody called in the morning so i called again in the late afternoon. Now they told its delayed because the factory was closed and it will be ready by tomorrow morning.
I dont understand if they can't afford load on their prepaid phone to give a call back like they promised or if they are just too untrained in customer service.
I will report this case now to the local authorities - This store is highly unreccomended from my side.

I had a death back home and i really needed the money urgent when i went to sell my diamond bangle they just refused it . They have no courtesy .
