Nice gym, enough variety of equipments ,big cardio area and functional training space !!!

In terms of gym, it's amazing ..
In terms of a place to go and do my daily exercise it's very smelly and they do not maintain proper higyin standards for people inside the gym,
It's disgusting, I have to finish my membership and go for other branch

Spacious, but needs a modernization!
Cons: Usually crowded at the end of the day. There should be more cleaning of the equipment, especially after the classes. Changing room is decent, some amenities could be added (cotton buds, makeup pads, etc.).
Pros: Good value, free parking just next to the China court entrance and good location. Staff is attentive and the instructors are good.

Fitness First is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good changing rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to.
Also, Adnan Khan is an excellent personal trainer. I have been under his guidance from last 8 months and have got a very drastic change in my lifestyle and routine. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. Furthermore he have wonderful knowledge about fitness field and gives proper guidance regarding nutrition plans. I am happy and now more confident with myself. I definitely recommend Adnan Khan to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

I have completed my one year in this gym and i have had a good experience so far. However I would suggest the gym to have some new machines as i feel many machines in the gym are old and outdated.
The reason why i am continuing my fitness journey in this gym is because of the great transformation i had by taking personal training with Coach AMAL and I would highly recommend his name if anyone is interested and inspired to bring a good transformation and achieve their fitness goal. I would also recommend people to attend GX classes as there are good instructors who are friendly, helpful and inspiring.

A good place to begin your fitness journey. I began training here over a year ago under Mr Amal Devan as my personal trainer. A very professional & dedicated man to cater to all your fitness needs including weight loss, injury rehab, strength and conditioning, motivating & guiding you on each step. If you plan on taking personal training, I would highly recommend to get in touch with Mr Amal Devan

The gym facility is the best in city. The huge spaces for the free weights and GX are a plus points. There are so many classes you can choose from with competent and friendly instructors. I have a PT named Adnan and have tremendously help me in my fitness journey teaching and guiding me the right exercise form and curated me programs including diet that works best according to my metabolism and caloric intake. I must say I have the best results in such a short span that I have never had with other PT and gym club.

Highly recommending this gym club!
