Very accommodating staff especially the lady in the reception. She assisted us so well and quickly. The place and building itself is very clean, less crowded, in fact we went and we are the only customer. Inside the building is very clean and smells so fragrant. Very relaxing!

Why can't the delivery agent just make a prior call before knocking on the door. So we know how much to pay and can avoid the long drive to their warehouse

They lost my package and no one wants to assist me, I am at their customer service office and no one wants to meet me. Unreal and so unprofessional. Not a single manager is found his job.

Very professional and great rates also . I sent a express courier to germany ???????? and reached on time as per what they promised. Also much cheaper than aramex and dhl so was very pleased ????. Idd suggest for important documents to always choose them . Ample parking, quick service and efficient service

The staff at this branch are polite but need alot more product training. Please have one of the staff from the Terminal 2 branch move to the Gharoud to train the other staff.
