It's Very Near to Diera City Center , there are 2 Exits .. You can Use the Exit Gate next to Ticket Counter to reach Etisalat Office and You can reach Diera City Center... And the Etisalat office is in the 1st floor ..

You need to take a token and when your token displays on the LCD screen , Executive will come to you and Serve your Request .. Ensure to Carry Emirates ID with you.

Extremely bad service!!!patiently I’ve waited my turn until my number appears on the screen. I ask where to go and who will assist but I saw 1 guy There assisting already the new comers customer. It’s my 2nd time attempt already and I waited patiently. Why this guys are like that Etisalat?It’s really not good to do that, they should fairly treat all customers well. They should know how to assist first come first serve. Not who ever they want to assist and who they like. They don’t deserved even 1 star at all....????????????????????????????sorry but It’s really not good! I don’t usually do this.

Over an hour of waiting only to be told account ownership transfers cant technically be done. Something that should've been clarified by
1. The numerous call center agents (over 20 minutes wait time each time)
2. The person handing out the token
3. All the other staff redirecting me to the right business center since other etisalat stores don't accommodate such requests. I was sent to 2 different stores. Looks like none can.

Collosal non-existent customer service, unfortunately we are strapped for choice. Also, if your average wait time is 45 minutes, where are the chairs?

A wonder why this shop's waiting time takes 40 minutes to 1 hour. Every visit and without a sitting area. Recommend to better go to Union

Location is very accessible, this center having only one system allocated for business customers. So if you are going to purchase anything for company you should expect a big queue. For consumers it’s good center, they have around 13-14 staffs to assist consumers.

I had a bad experience in Etisalat-DCC Branch. I asked nicely one old staff guy to for some concern regarding to sim registration and he was very rude to respond my question like he is angry to respond me. I did not ask the name of the staff but he is a big/fat old guy wearing eye glasses. Can you pls check in to this.

Careless staff. Limited number of agents.Long waiting time. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time in this store.

Today i visited etisalat store with my friend and his brother to get a device, there is one sale staff name Ahmed if I am not wrong he is Egyptian treated us in a very rude and unrespectful way , he just asked what color you want , my friends asked to his brother which one is better in the mean time this Ahmed sale staff started asking who gona purchase this device , that guy or you, so let him talk , It's realy a shocking behaviour he adopted, we are just looking to each other and , ask to this Ahmed that are you mad whats wrong with you, you no manners how to treat customer, we cant take an opinion from each other and told him to mind your rude behaviour, but he didn't he pull out my friend ID , give it to us by saying go to any other sale staff , its so embarrassing moment for us .
